The Opportunity
Most early business ideas are validated by opinion. Founders lack a structured, honest way to test an idea's market fit, risk profile and realistic potential before committing time and money.
The Product Concept
A workspace where a founder describes a concept and receives a structured intelligence report: success signals, risks, market conditions, revenue considerations and a step-by-step path from idea to launch plan.

What I Learned
- · An analysis tool is only useful if it can disagree with the user.
- · Structure beats volume: fewer, clearer findings are acted on more often.
Current Status and Next Steps
SG BFI is in active development and is not completed, production-ready or commercially launched. Current work covers the analysis framework, the Python AI engine and the report interface. Planned next steps are completing the report model, connecting the engine to the workspace and extending translation coverage across English, Swedish and Thai.
