Ecosystem Headquarters — Product Vision Interface Concept

The Opportunity

Useful AI tooling is scattered across dozens of disconnected services. Individuals and small businesses rarely have the time to evaluate opportunities, structure a plan and execute it. I wanted to find out whether a connected family of focused tools could remove that friction.

The Product Concept

ShapGenius groups small, purposeful products into one ecosystem with shared design language, shared multilingual content structure and shared architectural patterns, so a user can move from discovering an opportunity to acting on it without leaving a coherent experience.

My Role

Founder, product designer and builder. I define the product vision and ecosystem architecture, set the brand direction, design the interfaces, run AI-assisted development, implement the frontend, plan the multilingual strategy and maintain the repository and deployment workflow.

Key Features

Shared design system

One token set, component library and layout grammar reused across every product concept.

Ecosystem architecture

Products grouped into six clear categories rather than an unreadable list of apps.

Multilingual foundation

Content held centrally so English, Swedish and Thai can be maintained without duplicating components.

Honest status model

Every product carries an explicit status, from concept validation to functional prototype.

Challenges and Decisions

Structuring a complex ecosystem

The first versions listed too many ideas at once. I reduced the public surface to six categories and let individual products live beneath them.

Keeping advanced tools beginner-friendly

Each tool leads with a single primary action and defers advanced configuration until the user has a result to react to.

Separating concepts from production-ready functionality

A shared status vocabulary keeps expectations accurate for both users and reviewers of my work.

What I Learned

  • · Reducing scope communicates more clearly than showing everything I have built.
  • · A design system pays for itself as soon as there is a second product.
  • · Multilingual support is an architecture decision, not a late translation task.

Current Status and Next Steps

The ecosystem structure, design language and several interfaces exist. Individual products are at different stages, from concept validation to functional prototypes. Next steps are hardening the strongest prototype into a deployable beta and completing translation coverage.
